Caption rules

Write whatever you like — just two rules: it starts with #ad and it mentions theread.chat. For example:

#ad i let AI read our chat and i'm not okay 💀 get yours at theread.chat

Why #ad? Because there's a reward, UK and US advertising rules treat your post as an ad — the caption has to open with #ad, and flipping on the platform's paid-partnership label keeps you fully covered. Posts without the #ad can't be rewarded, however many views they get.

The fine print
  • Organic views only — no bought views, bots, or paid promotion. We check engagement patterns and decline anything that looks gamed.
  • The post must be live for at least 72 hours before you claim, and still live when we review it.
  • The caption must open with #ad and the post must say or show theread.chat. No #ad, no reward — that part is the law, not us.
  • Show as much or as little as you like — your own card, or nothing personal at all. Never post anyone's actual chat, names, or anything you don't have the right to share.
  • One reward per post, up to three rewards per person per month. Codes are single-use and may expire after 6 months.
  • Rewards are free-Read codes — no cash alternative. We may change or withdraw this offer at any time (claims already submitted are honoured under the rules at submission).
